Baloyi Quantity Surveyors (BQS) is a dynamic black owned firm where innovation and lateral thinking is promoted. Baloyi QS is a Close Co-operation, registered in 1990 and started operating in November 1995.

Mr. R.S. Baloyi is a Registered Professional Quantity Surveyor and the Managing Director of the firm. He is the founder of the firm with extensive experience in Quantity Surveying and Project Management. RS Baloyi heads the Projects Management Division of the firm and is involved with the general management of all the branches of the firm.
Mr. Baloyi has been extensively involved in the public sector, both as head of the public works building division in Limpopo province, as Provincial Programme Manager of the Community Based Public Works Programme for two years in Mpumalanga province, and as a service provider to the government for the past 15 (fifteen) years.
